A: The battery will roughly 4-7 hours from empty to fully.
2.Q: How long will the battery last while in use?
A: Normally, the battery will last approximately on low 6.5 hours on medium, or 4.5 hours on high.
3.Q: How to know if the battery is fully charged?
A: Battery figures up to 100 and doesn't flash.
4. Q: Does the battery come with the vest?
A: Yes, included battery.
5.Q: How large of the battery?
A: Our battery is 14400 mAh/54Wh, 7.4V.

1.Q: Can the front and back be heated at the same time or one side at time?
A: It can be heated at the same time, there is a switch control the front and back, you can also heat separately
2. Q: how long does it take to start heating when plugged into therecommended power supply?
A: We use the fast heating mode, about 10 seconds.
3.Q: Which size should I choose? How large of them?

4.Q: Can I wash them without broken?
A: All apparels are washable and do not worry. Pl;ease read our instruction carefully to recognize the details.

A: The battery will last 3 hours on high, 6 hours on medium, or 10 hours on low in fully charged.

1.Q: Where does iHood ship to?
A: All iHood products ship to all around the world, but the shipping rate is different. Ask the rating at support@ihoodwarm.com if you are interested in us.

A: You will receive the tracking information via email after your oder ships. Or you can send email us for the further information.
3.Q: Can I edit my order if it is already shipped?
A: If you have not yet received a tracking number for your order, please send the address/size to support@ihoodwarm.com and our customer service team will assist you with the change. Or you cannot edit it.
4.Q: How long can I receive my package?
A: The shipping time is about 3-7 days by Amazon ship.
5.Q: Will I have to pay customs and import charges?
A: We cover customs and import charges for the U.S. orders. And we cover a half of customs and import charges for other countries. Please contact us at support@ihoodwarm.com if you have any question.
