WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History."

WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.

DO I NEED TO SETUP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

I NEED TO SHIPING TO ANORHER COUNTRY ,DO I NEED TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?

All international customs and duties charges, resulting from a purchase going to a non-US address, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Charges resulting from a refused shipments will be deducted from any eligible refund.

MY SIZE IS OUT OF STOCK NOW,WHEN WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?

Each product, depending on number of heat zones, can have different ranges. You can view our product introduction page

HOW DO I WASH MY IHOOD HEAT PRODUCE?

All iHood Heated Apparel is machine washable! Please read the provided instructions before washing.

Tips:

1.Disconnect and remove the battery from the zipper pocket.

2.Make sure you put the connector cable back and close the zipper pocket.

3.Place your jacket inside a mesh laundry bag.

4.Machine-wash it. (No dry cleaning/Cold and gentle cycle/Do not bleach)

5.Dry it. (Do not wring or twist/Line dry/Do not iron/Do not tumble dry)

WHAT IF I NEED MORE BATTERY LIFE?

IS A BATTERY INCLUDED IN MY PURCHASE?

All iHood heated apparel comes with a battery and charger. (Unless the item is an Apparel Only item) We also have replacement batteries available here!

IS THIS BATTERY SAFE TO USE?

Just like your cellphone, laptop, and most other devices, all iHood batteries use lithium-ion technology to provide a safe power experience. Our battery has been certified by the FCC, UL & CE to guarantee safe performance for daily use. For further safety instructions and information, please refer to the iHood battery user manual.

WHAT IS IHOOD'S WARRANTY POLICY?

All new iHood heated jackets, vests, hoodies, and other outer wear purchased on ihoodwarm.com come with a 3-year limited warranty for the carbon-fiber heating elements and a 18 months limited warranty on all batteries. Heated gloves, socks, and other accessories are covered by a 12 months limited warranty. For more information, please refer to our warranty policy.

CAN I TAKE THIS BATTERY ON AN AIRPLANE?

All iHood batteries are TSA-friendly. Please remember that, like laptops and camera batteries, all iHood batteries are lithium-ion batteries and must be carried within your carry-on luggage per the Federal Aviation Administration'sPack Safe for Passengers policy.
